Holiday Home
To overcome the problem and streamline the booking procedure some new
rules have been introduced.
These are:
- One
member can avail maximum two rooms .
- Occupants
are required to surrender the allotment letter with Holiday Home Care
taker (Desirous member may keep Xerox copy if necessary).
- Proof
of Identity (Voter Identity card, PAN card, Institutions Identity card
etc.) is to be produced at Holiday Home if necessary. This is a must for
both members and non-members to avoid further complications.
- In
no case booking amount of Holiday Home room charge is refundable.
- The
Booking of Holiday Home will be strictly on first come first serve basis
on the availability of rooms.
- Discretion
Lies with the Board of Directors in case of disputes and clarification.
